DECO began operations in 2001. Since its inception, the company has been successfully managed by its principal owner Thomas Sanon-Jules. Thomas is an industry expert with extensive experience managing security organizations in California and Florida.

As the Founder and Chairman of the DECO Family of Companies – DECO International Security Corporation, DECO Genesis, DECOCYBER Group, and TSJ Investigative Agency - Thomas has some 40 years of experience in security services and private investigations. His career extends from South Beach to Beverly Hills, from New York to Port-au-Prince, Haiti, and Lima, Peru.
He has positioned the company as a leader in providing professional loss prevention and security services in the hospitality and luxury retail markets. He is a respected leader in the Industry with domestic and international clients in the U.S., Caribbean, and South America.
